6. Delivery Confirmation

Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please document the condition and contact Green Yogi Customer Support as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy – Green Yogi

At Green Yogi, we are committed to providing quality yoga products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• The product is unused and remains in its original packaging.

• All original accessories, tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Products without original packaging or accessories.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or usage.

• Clearance, customized, or specially discounted products, where specifically mentioned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs/videos of the product

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other applicable resolution.
